Adding calcium adds gas, more than the lactose as it turns out, also, if you are buying the no fat for its many benefits, when you add calcium, regardless of the temperature, it spoils almost immediately.
Calcium is available via much better avenues.
No one in their right mind would pay the extra money to buy a product with a additive that negates the reason for buying the product.
The calcium is not added to benefit the consumer. It is added to make the milk spoil, and in spite of the fact that it will cause the consumer to have more gas than even regular milk.
