Try this refreshing mango frappe recipe for a healthy and delicious snack! It’s similar to a traditional mango smoothie or milkshake, but it’s made with lactose-free milk and an ice base, so that it’s lighter and fluffier!

Ingredients:

Chop mango and freeze for 30 minutes.

Combine LACTAID® Fat-Free Lactose-Free Milk, sugar, lime juice, vanilla and mango in either a blender or food processor and process until smooth and fluffy.

Add ice cubes and process again until smooth.
