- Combine LACTAID® Fat Free Milk, rice, sugar and salt in top of a double boiler.
- Cover and cook over simmering water 1-2 hours or until thickened.
- Stir in cinnamon and vanilla extract. You can add the optional 1/2 cup raisins at this point. Can be served warm or cold.
