2 cup chopped ripe mango
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
5 ice cubes
Directions
- Chop mango and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Combine LACTAID® Fat-Free Lactose-Free Milk, sugar, lime juice, vanilla and mango in either a blender or food processor and process until smooth and fluffy.
- Add ice cubes and process again until smooth.
