Quiet evening hot chocolate with cinnamon

2 ounces good quality bittersweet or semisweet chocolate

2 teaspoons honey

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 cinnamon stick

  1. Break chocolate into small pieces and place in a small saucepan. Add remaining ingredients. Heat over low heat, stirring frequently. Cook until the chocolate is melted. Remove cinnamon stick.
  2. Pour into mugs and serve.
