For years I had been eating healthy (100 calorie Greek yogurt, whey protein, low carb) exercising regularly and was clueless as to why I was 200+ lbs. I've now lost 30 lbs in 6 months and I'm mindful of dairy products but I always carry Lactaid and it doesn't rule my life. I've learned that i'm intolerant to casein, a milk protein. I'm so thankful for this product.
