Lactaid 2% milk was the first lactaid reduced product I ever tried, but getting there took a little bit. I was afraid that the taste would be nothing like "regular" dairy milk, so I resisted trying for quite a while. Then one day, I just said to myself, "How bad can this stuff be?" and I bought some. Well, I felt like such a jerk for holding out from trying Lactaid because I found the product even BETTER than milk, and certainly better than I ever expected. I am now ready to buy Lactaid supplements, because I really like Vanilla Ice Cream and Orange Sherbert together, but naturally, when I eat some, I know it won't be long before it starts wreaking havoc in my digestive tract. At the risk of sounding gross, the end result (pun intended) is explosive diarrhea. So, it's time for me to start with Lactaid supplements, as I just can't see myself giving up ice cream completely. I am confident that Lactaid Supplements will give me the good results that switching to Lactaid Milk did.
