- In a medium saucepan, cover potatoes with water and boil until they are tender. Drain water and add back to saucepan. Set aside.
- In a small frying pan, sauté onion in olive oil for 2 minutes.
- Add onions, seasonings, chicken broth and LACTAID® Fat-Free Lactose-Free Milk to drained potatoes. Simmer slowly for about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
