This lactose-free hibiscus chia seed pudding recipe is tangy and nutty, yet sweet and floral. Between the chia seeds and our delicious lactose-free protein milk, this thick and creamy pudding is packed with protein and makes a luscious, guilt-free treat.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of hibiscus flower

⅓ cup hot water

, ,

4 Medjool dates

3 tablespoons chia seeds

,

1 tablespoon almond flour

  1. Steep the hibiscus flowers in the hot water.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix on high speed for a couple minutes.
  3. Garnish with sliced almonds, hibiscus flowers, and fresh fruit, and serve as a thick pudding right away.
