Ingredients

1/2 avocado, skin and pit removed

1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons honey

Preparation
  1. Chop avocado coarsely. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend about 1 minute or until smooth. Serve over ice.
