Avocado Shake

An avocado shake starts your day beautifully. It’s creamy, light, sweet, and rich.

Ripe avocado shake in glass outside in the shining sun

1/2 avocado, skin and pit removed

1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons honey

  1. Chop avocado coarsely. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend about 1 minute or until smooth. Serve over ice.
