Chocolate Banana Shake
Treat yourself to some chocolatey goodness that is an excellent source of potassium and lactose-free.
2 small bananas, frozen
3-4 ice cubes
1 tablespoon natural cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons honey
LACTAID® Reduced Fat 2% Lactose-Free Milk
- Place ingredients in blender, and blend on high until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
- Pour into two glasses and serve.
Variation: add 1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter. Nutrition information does not include optional ingredients.
