3 cups frozen unsweetened sliced peaches

½ (12 ounce) package silken tofu, chilled and drained

, ,

2 tablespoons honey, or as needed

,

2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter (optional)

,

Chopped fresh peach (optional)

  1. In a blender container combine frozen peaches, tofu, LACTAID® Reduced Fat 2% Lactose-Free Milk, honey, and peanut butter, if desired. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Top with chopped fresh peach, if desired.
