Health Shake

Recipe by:

Whirl tofu and frozen peaches in a blender for a shake chock full of great summer flavor and packed with nutrition.

Healthy peach smoothie with spoon and red straw

3 cups frozen unsweetened sliced peaches

1/2 (12 ounce) package silken tofu, chilled and drained

2 tablespoons honey, or as needed

2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter (optional)

Chopped fresh peach (optional)

  1. In a blender container combine frozen peaches, tofu, LACTAID® Reduced Fat 2% Milk, honey, and peanut butter, if desired. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Top with chopped fresh peach, if desired.
