2 pounds powdered sugar, sifted

2 egg whites

  1. In a large bowl, beat the powdered sugar, LACTAID® Whole Milk and egg whites with an electric mixer until thick and glossy.
  2. If too thin, slowly add more powdered sugar until icing reaches desired consistency.
  3. Add food coloring, if color is desired.
