Pineapple, Ginger and Peach Smoothie
This lactose-free smoothie recipe can be a quick, healthy breakfast, refreshing drink, or snack. The inclusion of Lactaid LACTAID® Lactose-Free Protein Milk means you’ll get an extra boost of protein no matter when you decide to drink it.
½ cup pineapple juice
½ cup 100% whey protein (fat-free and lactose-free)
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups very ripe pineapple, peeled and roughly chopped
1 tablespoon ginger syrup
2 peaches, peeled, pitted and roughly chopped
1 cup ice
LACTAID® Lactose-Free 2% Reduced Fat High Protein Milk
- Combine all of the ingredients in the jar of a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
