- In a large saucepan combine 1 cup of the LACTAID® Whole Milk, chocolate pieces, and cinnamon. Cook and whisk over medium-low heat until chocolate is melted. Gradually stir in remaining LACTAID® Whole Milk. Cook and whisk until heated through. (Do not boil.)
- Stir in vanilla. Beat with a rotary beater or immersion blender until very frothy. Pour hot chocolate into mugs and dollop with whipped topping.
