This spinach salad is topped with a creamy blue cheese bacon dressing that brings flavor to every bite.
- Make the dressing: Process LACTAID® Cottage Cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and water in blender on low, until very smooth, about 30 seconds. Add bacon, blue cheese and pepper, and pulse for 2-3 seconds to blend, leaving some small chunks.
- In large salad bowl, place the spinach and top with tomato, onion, and almonds. Spoon dressing on top and serve.
