2 cups LACTAID® Reduced Fat Milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon instant coffee crystals
Few drops almond extract
1 cup ice cubes
Frozen whipped nondairy dessert topping, thawed (optional)
- In a blender container combine LACTAID® Reduced Fat Milk, cocoa powder, sugar, coffee crystals, and almond extract. Cover and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes. Cover and blend until ice is crushed.
- Pour into chilled glasses. Top with whipped topping, if desired. Serve immediately.
