- Cook rice following package directions. Set aside.
- Heat LACTAID® Low Fat Milk, and cinnamon stick in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat until beginning to simmer. Stir frequently. Remove cinnamon stick and add chocolate. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently until melted and well blended. Simmer over low heat 1-2 minutes.
- Add sugar, salt, vanilla and cooked rice. Cook over low heat 2-3 minutes or until sugar is melted and rice is hot. Stir constantly.
- Pour into heat resistant dish, cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours or until cool.
