Mango lactose-free milkshake

Ingredients

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 cups chopped mango

Lactaid 2% Reduced Fat Milk Front of Package

LACTAID® Reduced Fat 2% Lactose-Free Milk


Directions

1.

Place all ingredients into a blender. Cover and blend about 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.

Notes

Variation: To create a papaya milkshake, replace mango with 2 cups chopped papaya.
