Hot Mocha

Add coffee crystals to an old favorite for an added treat.

2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons instant coffee crystals
3 cups LACTAID® Reduced Fat Milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. In a medium saucepan stir together sugar, cocoa powder, and coffee crystals. Gradually stir in LACTAID® Reduced Fat Milk until smooth.
  2. Heat over medium heat until warm. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
